Artist Work Studio Available June 2026

We have one small work studio available for rent this June!

Studio Details:

Studio #22 is a private studio space in our warehouse alongside 12 other artist studios, a wood/metalshop, and a collaborative environment providing a true artist community. Joining S4A means becoming part of our 16-year legacy of a collaborative community.
Total size is approximately 135 square feet. Monthly rent is $340, including utilities and internet. It also features a skylight providing natural light. Three studio pictures attached to this email. The studio is available starting June 28, with a 7 month lease term, but can be made available sooner if so desired. 

Artist-Tenant Criteria:

Applicants must be San Diego-based and committed to participating in the Space 4 Art community. We strive to maintain a diverse community of artists from all backgrounds, walks of life, and artistic disciplines. Preference will be given to artists with a demonstrated commitment to a life in the arts and a community-based practice, regardless of whether this work is their sole source of income.  Read our FAQs for general information about how the rental process works.
