PROPOSALS

Space 4 Art’s selection committee reviews proposals for individual artist exhibitions, collaborative projects, and curated exhibitions. Proposals are reviewed throughout the year.

Space 4 Art is dedicated to providing contemporary visual artists the freedom to experiment with new ideas and methods. Artists are encouraged to create site-specific installations that have a solid conceptual basis.

Proposals should include:

• A brief summary of the project
• Floor plans and drawings illustrating the idea
• A CD containing up to 20 images that relate to the proposed project (labeled with name, title, date medium, size)
• Project participants resume(s)
• Artist statement
• DVD or other support materials if necessary
• Self addressed envelope with the correct postage for the return of your materials if necessary.
